Inconel high-temperature alloy

Inconel is a high-performance nickel-based superalloy known for its exceptional resistance to high temperatures, oxidation and corrosion. The alloy is primarily composed of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr) and iron (Fe), making it indispensable in extreme conditions such as high temperatures, pressures and aggressive chemical environments. Unlike ordinary steel, although the melting point of steel may be higher than that of nickel, it will quickly lose strength and corrosion resistance at high temperatures; nickel-chromium iron alloys can still maintain excellent mechanical properties in a hot state and form a dense protective oxide layer to effectively resist high-temperature corrosion.

With excellent mechanical strength, thermal stability and durability, Inconel is widely used in aerospace, energy, chemical and marine engineering fields.

Inconel X-750

Inconel X-750 (GH4145) is a precipitation hardening nickel-chromium alloy that is age-strengthened by the addition of elements such as aluminum and titanium. It exhibits excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at temperatures up to 980°C and maintains high strength below 800°C. The alloy has good resistance to relaxation up to 540°C, ensuring long-term stability in demanding applications. Due to its good plasticity and weldability, Inconel X-750 is widely used in the manufacturing of high-temperature structural parts in aerospace, energy, power and industrial equipment.
