Hastelloy corrosion-resistant alloy

Hastelloy is a tungsten-containing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with extremely low silicon and carbon content. As a globally recognized high-performance universal corrosion-resistant material, Hastelloy exhibits excellent stability in strong oxidizing and reducing media, and can effectively resist pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

Our Hastelloy products are widely used in chemical, petroleum, nuclear industry, pharmaceutical and environmentally friendly desulfurization systems. With advanced production technology, we ensure that every batch of Hastelloy meets international quality standards, providing solid material guarantee for your critical applications.

Hastelloy X

Hastelloy It has good corrosion resistance in high-temperature oxidation and carburizing atmospheres, has excellent formability and weldability, and has stable performance under long-term high-temperature service and hot and cold cycles. Therefore, it is often used in gas turbine combustion chambers, flame tubes, transition sections, industrial furnaces and various parts that are in direct contact with high-temperature gas. The alloy is non-magnetic and is available in wire, strip, tube, rod and plate.

Hastelloy X is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum solid-solution strengthened superalloy developed for high-temperature combustion and furnace service. With chromium at 20.5-23%, iron at 17-20% and molybdenum at 8-10%, plus cobalt and tungsten additions, the alloy combines outstanding resistance to oxidation and scaling with good forming and welding characteristics. It performs well under continuous high-temperature exposure and thermal cycling, which is why it is specified for gas turbine combustors, flame tubes, transition ducts, furnace muffles and other components in direct contact with hot gas streams. The material is non-magnetic and is supplied in wire, strip, tube, rod and plate.
