It is widely used in automobile manufacturing, aerospace, shipbuilding industry, pressure vessels and other fields. Aluminum welding materials have excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance, which can ensure the welding strength and quality of lightweight structures. They are key filling materials for lightweight equipment manufacturing.

Aluminum welding wires are mainly coiled wires, usually 0.5kg, 2kg, or 7kg/roll (depending on the diameter), which are significantly smaller than the 5-25kg common coils of carbon steel and nickel-based welding wires; there are also precision diameters of 0.2-0.8mm for thin plate welding, and welding rods with diameters of 2.0-5.0mm and lengths of 300/350/400mm.
